These small portable, self-contained reusable hand-warmer size heat packs are a perfect compress for arthritis, sprains, or dental pain and more.

• The Eye-Mask or Head-Band is used only as a wrap to help hold the HP-35 3”x 5” Heat-Pack in place when using the Heat Packs as a warm compress for eye treatment.

• The Eye-Mask or the Head-Band also Insulates and helps retain the heat needed for duration of the treatment cycle and does NOT generate any heat on its own.

• Our Heat Packs are Recommended for Relief of Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD/Blepharitis) (sometimes referred to as 'Dry Eyes') by many eye care specialists.

• Doctor Recommended because of our heat pack’s ability to provide the sustained soothing heat needed for the duration of the treatment session.
